Set up a queue for booked times
Wouldn't it be convenient to be able to queue for booked times? This way, the risk decreases that the Public.facility_type_two_tvattstugetid stands empty if someone makes a late cancellation.
As an administrator, you can activate a booking queue for the calendar. If a cancellation occurs, the booking automatically goes to the person who is first in line, who is also notified of this via email.
You can set a limit on how many booked times each user should be able to queue for if you want.

Log in as administrator and select the current calendar under "Calendars".

In the section General > Customizations check "Queue for booked times" and then fill in how many should be able to queue under "Queue limit for bookings".
