How to subscribe to times in your calendar
Do you need help keeping track of bookings? Our app can remind you when it's your turn, but if you want a better overview without logging into the system, you can subscribe to booked times in your regular calendar.
The easiest way, which most people like, to get a good overview is to simply log in on the web or in the app and see how it looks. However, there are those who prefer to have all their booked meetings in the same calendar, so to give you that opportunity, it is also possible to subscribe to one or more calendars.
For each calendar in the system, there are two links. These make it possible to subscribe to the bookings in most common calendar programs such as *Google Calendar*, Apple's *Calendar* and *Microsoft Outlook*. Convenient!
You can choose to subscribe to your own bookings or choose to see all bookings in your calendar, depending on what the booking is about, it usually seems quite natural whether the first or second option fits best.
Guide: How to subscribe to booked times
To subscribe to the booked times in a calendar, do this:
-
Log in to the app or on the web.
-
If you have access to more than one calendar, select the one of interest.
-
Scroll down to the sentence "Subscribe to your times or all times in this calendar" which is under the calendar. Click on either your times to subscribe to your own bookings or on all times to subscribe to all bookings in the calendar.
-
The system connects to the phone or computer's default calendar, which asks if you want to subscribe to the calendar. Approve this and voilà, you now have the bookings in your own calendar as well.
The bookings are updated automatically and synced with the system, which means that in the future it is enough to open your regular calendar to get a nice overview.
If you want to end the subscription, you do this in your calendar program.
